FydroFire Baking Stones/Fydro B.V.

Over the past decade Fydro has taken up the challenges of the bakery industry and in close cooperation with leading baking oven manufacturers Fydro has researched and developed the FydroFire Baking Stone. The FydroFire Baking Stone is made of glass fibre-concrete (micro-concrete reinforced with glass fibres), has a bearing capacity of temperatures up to 450° C and has proven to be able to combine food safety with best baking result. The FydroFire baking stone is wear resistant, durable and can be used in all oven types.
