IsoLife

IsoLife develops, produces and sells uniformly ¹³C enriched (> 97 atom %) compounds derived from food plants, herbs, and algae. These products are non-radioactive and allow non-invasive techniques that are safe and consumer, patient and environment-friendly. They are used as Stable Isotope Tracers and Internal Standards e.g. to measure bioavailability in clinical trials to support health claims and to identify gut microorganisms. Clinical laboratories profit from IsoLife ¹³C-labelled products by using them as internal standards in routine quantitative MS analyses. NMR analysis of molecular structure and interactions is accelerated 200 fold.
