The Kraft Heinz Company
Kraft Heinz is a globally-leading food multinational, the fifth largest in the world.
Kraft Heinz’ vision, To Be The Best Food Company, Growing A Better World has guided them to their position as a globally-leading food multinational, the fifth largest in the world, with net sales of USD 26 Billion (2017).
The company, formed in 2015 following the fusion of Kraft and Heinz, is focused on eliminating global hunger by aligning its people and products with partnerships holding similar goals. Two key partnerships, that involve direct interventions, are Rise Against Hunger (formerly Stop Hunger Now) and Feeding America, through which, in total, Kraft Heinz will donate 1 billion nutritious meals to people in need by 2021.
Less direct, but equally valuable, are longer-term Technology Strategy programs, such as the Kraft Heinz Reduction Sugar and Salt Technology Platform, that support the global battle against overweight and obesity. The company is building an enduring legacy of good corporate citizenship by promoting employee volunteerism and through strategic investments to address hunger and improve nutrition.
Kraft Heinz has over 25 international brands, and many local brands. Karvan Cevitam is one of its Dutch ‘family’, together with Brinta, Venz, Honig and De Ruijter.
